As a Customer Service Representative with Croatian, you will be the critical first point of contact for our Croatian-speaking customers. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights that will help us improve our products and services.
